With the goats’ milk market growing at around 16.5%, Delamere Dairy has seen a tremendous upturn in sales. The popular goats’ product range includes fresh whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milks, UHT plain and chocolate milks, a range of soft, semi-soft and hard cheeses, butter and a new range of plain and flavoured yogurts.

A host of cows’ milk products will also be on display including flavoured milks (strawberry & chocolate) and an award winning Channel Island milk. Pure Milk and Slimmer sterilised milk in whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed varieties make up part an important part of the Delamere Dairy portfolio.
