DeliSante™ is a unique, premium quality, chilled food & drink brand that specialises in all the things you would find at your local delicatessen; bakery products - quiches, tartlets, pies, and savoury pastries, as well as soups, sauces, salads & smoothies.

At DeliSante™ we are passionate about quality, taste and healthy eating. We believe that great tasting food is as much about the ingredients as it is about the authentic chef’s recipes and traditional cooking methods. We use only the finest natural ingredients and select ingredients with provenance and when in season where possible, to ensure the very best freshness and nutrition of our products.

We are dedicated to selecting the very best produce that the UK can offer during the seasons when local produce is available. Some ingredients may have to be bought in from abroad for reasons of climate or origin.

Expert Chef Knowledge & Recipe Development Skills
Our team of development chefs are focussed on bringing out the very best in these quality ingredients using traditional, time-honoured recipes that do not require additives, preservatives or artificial flavourings. However we recognise the pressures modern living can exert and have used our expert knowledge to develop recipes, cooking methods and packaging that will maintain the natural goodness of the food and maintain the taste, texture and overall quality throughout the life of the products without over-packaging or resorting to unnatural processes.

Healthy Living with Balanced Nutrition
Intensive farming methods, mass production, extended shelf life and the drive for convenience have all had a negative impact on the nutritional value and natural balance of diet in the UK. Britain now has one of the highest obesity levels in Europe and Diabetes affects more than 5% of the UK population. DeliSante™ is passionate about taste, but not at the expense of healthy eating and our range reflects this with nutritious salads, smoothies providing at least 1 of 5 fruit required per day and soups that are made fresh, daily without the need for any additives or preservatives.

DeliSante™ has strived to ensure that quality, taste and healthy eating are never sacrificed to deliver better value. However our recipes are never over complicated, fussy or over-packaged for the sake of it and our values reflects this. We go to extraordinary lengths to ensure we source our ingredients from local suppliers and farmers where possible and we support foods that have been farmed or harvested in a sustainable fashion. The raw materials and recipes are always the hero of our products, never the packaging or price point.

Our story
DeliSante™ was born in August 2006. The founders John Pearson and Charles Coleman had a mission; to deliver a new level of quality, freshness and taste within the chilled food marketplace with a range of deli products that one would only find in the best restaurants and fine food stores. They have used their expert knowledge to create a product range that stands for all that’s great in contemporary delicatessen-style food found in Britain; ultra-freshness, great tasting ingredients with provenance, healthy living and culinary creativity.

The DeliSante™ brand now stretches across five main food and drink sectors including; bakery products (quiche, pies, tartlets and savoury pastries), hearty fresh soups, fresh Italian-style sauces, healthy contemporary salads, and provenance-based 100% pure fruit smoothies.
