Based in the UK, Ming Foods is the leading British manufacturer and supplier of premium quality Peking and Chinese Crispy Duck pancakes and bespoke pastries to the food industry.
Our pancakes have achieved BRC Global Standards for Food Safety (Issue 5) and are also kosher-certified by the London Beth Din Kashrut Division.

We manufacture our pancakes in the UK using high quality flour sourced from British millers and the finest vegetable oil. They do not contain any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Our pancakes are normally supplied frozen in portion packs of 6s and 10s. However, we also manufacture bespoke pastry of varying diameters, portion pack sizes and with additional ingredients by request.
